After your first few scuba dives, you soon want to explore a bit deeper. There’s something exciting and mysterious about the depth that attracts dives
Why PADI Deep Diver Specialty?
The Deep Diver Specialty course offers you the opportunity of a lifetime – going deep to see thing others can only dream about.
What do I need to start?
When you complete the registration for your class you will receive a PADI Deep Diver Crew-Pak that includes your manual and video. In addition, a dive computer along with the rest of your basic scuba equipment is needed. A dive light and slate are also recommended.
What will you learn?
You’ll learn deep dive planning, organization, procedures, techniques and hazards. You’ll also put this knowledge to the test as you go on four open water dives that range from 60 – 130 feet.

Deep diving will be much more enjoyable when you master proper weighting, one of the many skills you will learn in a Peak Performance Buoyancy Course.

A Continued Education form (10038) and Diver Medical Questionnaire (10346) are required once a year.
The year is defined by the date of the last PADI instructional class you enrolled. Everyone is required to submit this form.
